Zoe is finally one.
Can you believe it took SIX 1/2 months for her to take to the bottle?!?
Madness.
Why did she finally succumb?
The formula (excuse the pun): Great - and very angst driven - persistence...
and...
1. The withdrawal of all day and night breastfeeds except for two - before bedtime and the midnight/morning feed.
2. Letting her starve if she didn't drink from the bottle.
3. The use of a pacifier to get her to practice sucking on a plastic boob.
4. The discovery of a teeny Nuk teat thanks to Mark from baby group.
Breakthrough!
