Mopes, my dad and I decided to stay in the shade. We headed to a riverside cafe for a lazy lunch where we savoured the fresh air, fermented grape juice and grilled fish.

After a post-lunch doze, I took Mopes and Liz to Freo for some gelato.
Only frozen breastmilk please!
We did a quick walk through the markets. They were already packing up at 5pm but we managed to pick up some baragins at the close of the fruit and vege market.
And then it was time to head home.
