So we just got back from the gym.

Val and ten-month-old Alex were doing a hand and foot cast there.

Maybe I should get one done for Zoe too. A professional can do it and have it nicely framed for about RM300.

I wonder if this may be one of those useless baby things people do with their first child...

But it would be a shame to forget her teeny lovely hands and feet.

Maybe I'll try one of those do it yourself kits.
