Gobble gobble

WHEN I was preggers, I CRAVED for this particular goat's cheese.

D and I ate it with every meal when we were in the South West of France for a week a couple of years ago. It is usually served drizzled with lavender honey.

Amazingly, a couple of weeks ago I found it in Singapore.

I bought four pieces and have been slowly savouring them every creamy, drippy bit.

Yesterday, I discovered I was down the the last one and I thought I'd just eat the whole thing.

So I drizzled some pure maple syrup that Claire got me when she was in Whistler, and slurped up the gooey mess.

Divine.

Ironically, even if I had found this cheese when I was preggers, I wouldn't have been able to indulge coz pregnant women aren't supposed to eat soft cheese!

Lucky I'm not!
